They’re fantastic. I’ve compared them with those on the Professional which are also fantastic. These sound the same but without the hum.

Remind me again what the push switch on the Volume knob does.
Sonically it sounds fuller, from a technical perspective...

S-1 Switch Up (off):
Position 1: Bridge
Position 2: Bridge + Middle in Parallel
Position 3: Middle
Position 4: Middle + Neck in Parallel
Position 5: Neck

S-1 Switch In (On):
Position 1: Middle + Neck in Series with Bridge in Parallel
Position 2: Bridge + Middle in Series with Neck in Parallel
Position 3: Middle + Neck in Series
Position 4: Bridge + Neck in Series (out-of-phase) with Special Tone Capacitor
Position 5: Bridge + Middle in Series (out-of-phase) with Neck in Parallel

Damn. That's a lot of options.

I really like how they've incorporated that wheel truss rod adjustment like the Musicman Guitars.

Same, takes 10 seconds now. As for the sound options, I’ve found a few settings that just sound incredible on my DRRI. You’ll have to come over next time you’re in town.
