I really liked the Godin Icon I tried a few years ago that popped up used in a local L&M. When I saw this one online, I could not pass it up. It is NOS icon fat black limited (all black piano finish). I currently have no black guitars in the stable, so it fills a critical niche. Seymour Duncan and Godin humbuckers, mahogany body with maple cap, ebony board, 5 way switch splits the humbuckers. Thanks to Gerald Musique for being a joy to deal with.

Nice. Has an austere yet slick vibe. Gotta check one of those out one day. Congrats.

Thanks all. The icon was Godin's first attempt at a set neck model and was replaced by the Summit series a few years ago. I like the body style...tastes vary. Godin changes models often, so if you see a model you like, it may not be around in a year.
