I've been gassing for this guitar for months and finally pulled the trigger!!! Just picked it up this past weekend and love it already!!!

Les Pauls and I are not a good physical match. But I tried an ES LP a few weeks ago and decided if I would ever get an LP it would have to be an ES LP. Love that they are making a Studio model.

Mind my asking how much you paid? I grabbed a NOS 2014 "Blacktop" ES-LP at Boxing Day & think I got a solid deal vs. the flame top 2016 models, but the specs on your Studio look quite similar.

Despite numerous attempts, I've never been able to bond with an ES-style guitar, even the 339 felt a little ungainly to me, but this might be a keeper.

Really like the red with black binding/plastic, very classy.

$3349 plus taxes (not cheap.. That's for sure!! But it is my Birthday and Gibson month after all lol!!)
