After missing out on the ExNihilio on Kijiji, I picked up a consolation prize.

The refin could have been better, it's missing the pickguard, and the rosette does not check out for the guitar. I have suspicion the top was replaced at one point, which explains the rosette, missing pickguard, and relative lightness of the top. Not complaining, as it was very well done and the rest of the guitar checks out. The serial indicates 1962.

For what I paid for this guitar, even if it wasn't a Gibson, it's still well worth it. Solid construction with a great tone. I'm pretty sure that's Brazilian rosewood and Honduran mahogany on it too.

That neck alone is worth what you paid for it.

How do you like that Epi amp btw?

For a '62 that is in great shape.
