Oh boy you're going to have a fun 6 months or so :) Great choice of dog btw, not too big and not too small. If you're not already you will be inseparable by tomorrow.

It only took the little guy a couple of hours, and a lot of treats, to learn the sit command. Now he does it about 90% of the time without a treat in sight. Not bad after only being here for three days.

He also had his first vet checkup today and he is in perfect health. He wasn't eating much but some soft food on his kibble changed that - quickly.

Awww puppies! Aren’t they a blast?

I love the name Riley. Great choice.

They are a lot of work but so worth it.

I love my Frankie so much. Licks and kisses all around as soon as I get in the door from work or just taking the garbage out.

We have already bought him so much stuff. My husband’s fault. Lol

Puppies are great, but destructive. My 2 border collies ruined shoes, chewed furniture and even ate the floor. They would gnaw a hole and then start peeling up strips. (vinyl flooring). Then they would lick and gnaw holes in the sub floor. Nothing is safe until they reach a certain age.
