Do you have 2 different guitars here (a Red one and a Black one)?
Humbucker pickups?
What model(s) of Vantage?

No, the guitar is a Vantage Les Paul
there is two old pickup :
A Dimarzio Humbucker pickup without cover (80's ?) bridge
And an Ibanez pickup without cover (80's ?) neck

I just returned home. Are you any further along with regards to sorting this out?

Your pics are not showing up.

The Red one has a white wire + ground (where it go) ?
Assuming this is Ibanez:
White is "signal" wire
The other wire is ground (as you stated)

The black one has 4 wires : A ground, a green, a red & the last one has a black & white wire together & covert with a transparent plastic
I'm assuming this is the Dimarzio pickup

Red is signal
Black and white are joined (don't touch those ...leave them joined)
Green is ground
Bare is ground

This is a typical wiring diagram for an LP With 2 volumes and 2 tones and a 3 way toggle switch: (is this what your guitar has?)
The colours in the diagram below are not matching yours as they are Seymour Duncan's colour scheme. Use the Dimarzio colour scheme

BTW...Are you reasonably good at soldering????
If not, take the guitar to a tech.

Has this been any help?

you normally only need a few of the wires. Some have 4 wires so you can tap/coil split/phase etc.
