First introduced in Nov '92 and name changed to LB100 late in '93 due to copyright infringement by Zon Guitars.
So .. kinda rare just for the name.
I have a J-bass and a PJ, but no P .. until now.
Action feels really nice.
Will put it through the amp when my wife goes out shopping.
If I don't like the stock Gotoh's, I have a set of SD 1/4 Pounders.

I did plug 'er in for a bit last night.
Wow! Crisp, loud, sparkly and all other terms that say 'I like!'. lol.
Compared it my G&L Jazz and the P is a higher output.
Will compare with the PJ later today.

CONGRATS!

Do you think you will need to change the pickup now that you have tried it with the stock pickup?

You are getting quite a collection of basses!

Hope to see and hear it next time I see you at a gig.

Not sure at this point. I'd like to play it in a jam setting first.

congrats Larry...I wonder if playing my P bass had something to do with your acquisition.

I took it to our Sunday rehearsal along with my Gibson.
I think that this may become my main gigging bass for a while.
I may even get a black pickguard to match the guitarist's 'Gilmore' strat.
I don't like white PG's.
