I got my new (I bought it used) strat on friday. It's a 98 MIM and other then the pickups it plays great. I like it more then my 06 Tele. Time to go play. Here's a pic.

I love the classic burst with rosewood neck. What sound are you after? That should point you in the directions for new pups.
