Saw that on the Facebooks. I'd LOVE to try it. And the price should be a fraction of what his tube amps go for. I have the One Watt Plus, and a pro friend swears by the Creamer. I get prompt responses from Tim Marcus over email. On a business trip to San Francisco my wife stopped by his shop, and he sent a free tee shirt for me. Go Milkman go!

At a guess, what do you think it will sell for?

In the other NAMM (Amp) thread, @adcandour is estimating $2,000.00 (I assume that is CDN dollars)
Twice I've seen $799 as the expected price. I assume that's US, so that's about $2.5k CDN ;-)

I'm no retail expert. Would it be $1000 CDN plus sales tax?

That price is shockingly good. Their 1 watt is $1600USD, and this one goes to 50 watts? It's a pedal and a head? Play with headphones? Plus all that other shit?

That's insane.

There's a better sounding video of it out there somewhere.

Of course it's cheaper: SS versus tube amp.
There's a tube in there.
More precisely, tube power section vs SS power section.

Tube pre's are easy, it's the power section that requires the larger power supply, extra output transformer, etc.

But power tube distortion is where all the good stuff comes from, so there's that.
