Mesa Black Shadow 90 = Classic Lead 80???

I recently pulled the speaker from my mesa 1x12 thiele cabinet, and after further inpection of the speaker, i noticed the little white sticker on the side of the magnet which read "G12-80", 80 watts. Which leads me to believe that these supposed 90w Black Shadows made by celestion are simply relabled Classic Lead 80's. Has anyone else noticed this?

The little that I have learned suggests that they are CL-80s modifed to Mesa requirements. How much are they modified? No one seems to really know. It could be significant - or it could be a new label.

Either way, they are considered to be a pretty good driver and I really like the one in my DC-5.
