Even in what you are calling "the bin trades", there are still those who excel at assembling those bin parts into something that they can be proud of doing - and something that stands out to a person in any trade as an exceptional job. There's an art to everything. It's all about attention to detail and not saying "good enough".
BTW, I've seen Vadsy's work in person and he is one of those who excels at what he does.
All the trades are becoming "dumbed down". Everything is pre-made, pre-fabbed, pre-stamped, pre-assembled, etc, etc. in the name of cheaper & faster. Real tradesmen are a dying breed.
