It can be purchased through any official Marshall dealer. Or, you used to be able to order it directly from Marshall's Canadian distributor via their parts department:

Can,t get them from Erikson anymore...
Well damn. That sucks. Marshall is really weird with how they handle Canada, and they're only getting weirder. It makes no sense.
