Today marks a decade since my father died.
I’m not any good with words, so I figured I would make a musical tribute to his memory by doing my version of a song he loved.
This is my version of “Shine on you crazy diamond” and every note in it is dedicated to his memory.
Your dad would have loved it I'm sure. An old fogie and huge pink floyd fan like me appreciates this.
My father was my main jamming partner. He was the lead singer and I played the solos and sang the harmony. He played rhythm guitar, banjo and mandolin. Unfortunately we lost him when he was the young age of 45.
It was especially nice listening to your tribute while I was reading the posts about you and your Dad. Well done.
