Did you buy it brand new or second hand ?

Being in your place I would also have written to Louis amps.com.

A hypothesis:
Perhaps the toggle on the left is to convert from tube rectifier to solid state rectifier, the other next from EL34 to 6L6 or from class A / B to class A ?

this amp (named Valentine after her birthdate Feb. 14, 2013) according to Louis (the builder of all Louis Electric amps) is surprisingly versatile; all the expected lush cleans and vintage overdrive; cascading gain over 4 stages by using the single button factory mono footswitch cleverly ( see the map above) takes this into high gain mesa/koch/orange territory for those who have the playing skill to harness and enjoy (not metal but maybe a bit; the tone is always warm and notes stay separated and musical).
