Guitar World: Rocco Prestia dies aged 69

I knew Rocco had been sick for two decades or so, but what a shock! Mr. Prestia is my favourite bass player of all time. TOP is in my top 5 favourite bands - probably right near the top. That’s terrible news - I catch them every time they come to the GTA. I was excited to see them play again once COVID settled.

Heard about Rocco's passing today on Leland Sklar's Youtube channel. Was there ever a tighter rhythm section than TOP? I don't think so.

I saw those guys at a club in Vancouver in the 90’s. I’m pretty sure Rocco was still with them then. So good. This is sad news.
