I haven't been there in few months, but I vaguely recall Guitar Center on McLeoad trail having a section for lefty electrics. (I only noticed as they had more than a couple)
Maybe call around first?

I know. Its a shame as I have one a minute from my house. I've never found anything I could use there including strings, picks or tubes. The selection sucks. They do stock Music Man which is cool and Duecenburg guitars which I usually love. Sales guy was insulted that I pointed out a 3500$ Duece was unplayable.I find Music Centre Canada a waste of time, personally--but if they have lefties--hey --check them out.

Give the manager of the NE Calgary L&M a call (Larry)I just got back from Calgary. No luck. Stopped at L&M in the north and they had the same lefties I see all over the place. Vintage Music wasn't open when we showed up there either.
