So I've just spent the better part of several evenings pouring over a blog I discovered called 'Guitarz'. I've worked my way back to 2012 so far.

I bet a lot of people here would enjoy it too. It has a number of authors, one of whom is Canadian. He may even be a member here (If so - please speak up!).

Anyway it's a fantastic photo-based blog with a lot of guitars that are off the beaten track. I'll start the ball rolling with this one. What a cool idea for a travel guitar. I don't know about you, but my brain really does fill in the outline of the missing body - especially on the leftmost image. I'd buy one if it crossed my path. You could really freak people out for a song or two at a live show. I'd just leave on a stand for a while to get people wondering why they can't see the body outline - then pick it up and play.

Here's how they describe the blog themselves:

"WEIRD guitars, bizarre guitars, wonderful guitars, vintage guitars and the very best of the online auctions!"

It's one of my faves, but sadly its updates seem to have stalled. Used to be new stuff almost daily, and it's been near a month since the last update.

I hope the folks involved are okay.
