hmmm...how difficult is this to do? ( even though i'll probably get it done at the shop during my setup), and what would you do...stick with the 3 position switch the '62 vintage strat comes with or have the 5 switch installed (it comes equipped to do so)?
I'd go with the 5-way. I'd suggest doing it yourself if it weren't for the fact that it's a '62 RI . It's really not that difficult to solder though, I learned just by giving it a shot, not too much can go wrong if you have a diagram and know what goes where... then again I learned on a mexican strat, not a RI
