If it goes anything like Nova Scotia Power, I feel for you. Nothing like giving a private corporation a legal monopoly over a public necessity, and still paying their government salary equivalent on top from the tax pool.
But they must have it rough, as they had to raise the power rates again a year or so ago. 400k a year for mid level executives wasn't enough I guess.
