If it has a laminated maple top, it's a Model 456/S/V2.
If it is a thinline w/a laminated maple top, it's a Model 4560/S/V2.
If it havs a laminated spruce top, it's a Model 457/S/V2.
If it is a thinline w/a laminated spruce top, it's a Model 4570/S/V2.

Bolt-on or glued-in neck?
Bridge and knobs look replaced.
