Hello, I just picked this body up off of Ebay. The seller says it is a Jackson
DK2. I am trying to find what kind of trem will work with this body. I know it must be some kind of Wilkinson style maybe a Kahler? I have never come across a Jackson with this style trem, as I have only encountered the Floyd and string thru designs. Center post to center post is ~ 63 mm.

Would this be a custom shop model? If anyone has any info or has owned one or even better; knows where I can find a trem that would be great.

My goal is to go with all black hardware and a maple fingerboard with black inlays.
Thanks for any assistance,

Try Chopper Music on Ebay.

He lists the dimensions of the bridges he sells right in his auctions. He might have something for you. Also, usually the guy who sold the body has all of the other parts for sale as well. Maybe he still has the original bridge.

If that is a Jackson body, the only trems I can think of that had that kind of setup were the JT6 and the Kahler Traditional. Both were only available in the mid to late 80s............
