L&M here in Calgary has one in stock, but I haven't tried it yet.

Mark Sampson of Matchless/Bad Cat/SMF fame is involved with these as well.

I'm sort of interested in the Star Nova as a little practice amp.

Yes, you should try it (whichever model they have...I forget its name). It's one of the best amps for cleans I've ever heard.

it's a pretty neat looking amp. Not really my thing feature or look wise, but it's always nice to see people doing new designs.

I agree with James, It may be Sampson's nicest cleans, its on par with his C30 Matchless,
just more Fendery IMHO. To me those are Sampson's best cleans to date, I only tried the Dirty side at low
Volumn and it was quite loose,very different from the Hotcat which has a good roar to it at low Volumn playing,
However, Mr.Heals said its wicked at Higher Volumn's.
The model in Calgary is the "GainStar" I believe, Greg
