This is a beautiful, hand-made slope-shouldered guitar crafted by Ed Dean (formerly of Larivee fame) in Vancouver BC. Ed is a well regarded builder and his wait list is currently one and a half years. The guitar was purchased in 2020 and I am the original owner.

The guitar has a torrified Lutz spruce top and Indian Laurel back and sides. For a new guitar, it sounds wonderful and will continue to improve in sound as the years go by. The guitar comes with a generic case.

The specs are as follows:

Body shape: AJ
Body top: Torrified Lutz Spruce
Back and sides: Indian Laurel
Finish: Satin
Neck profile: Medium Round
Fretboard: Ebony
Nut: Bone 1 3/4

Thanks, yes it’s Ed Bond. Not sure what I was thinking. It is a beautiful guitar but I broke my wrist last year and the 1 3/4 but is a touch too wide to play without pain.

I liked the guitar so much though that I have commissioned Ed to build me one with a 1 11/16 nut.
