https://soundcloud.com/https%3A%2F%2Fsoundcloud.com%2Fguyfrets62%2Ff-the-dangling-conversation Here's a cover of the Simon and Garfunkel classic, The Dangling Conversation. This recording was made at Haggarty Sound Studio in Peterborough, Ontario about 10 years ago.
The song was released as a single in September, 1966 and a month later on the Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme album.
The vocal reinforcement/harmonies and keyboard parts were performed by Dave Conley of Belleville, Ontario while the lead vocal and guitar parts were laid down by "Your's Truly".
Barry Haggarty is not only a fine recording engineer but he's a very accomplished guitarist as well.
The guitar part was played on a 2002 Taylor W14ce which was a limited edition run.

I also listened to the original for comparison.
Except for the nuances in voice, I could barely tell the
difference. However, I enjoyed your version better.
Nicely done Guy.

Thank you very much for the kind words laristotle. I've always loved this song so it's nice to be able to share that sentiment here.
