I live a little North of Toronto, and I really don't like driving down to the city to get guitar/amp work done. It's tough to find local amp techs though, so I'd like to put out the good word for Grant the tech who works out of Folkways and the Woodshed in Guelph. He did outstanding work on both my Princeton Reverb and my YBA-1. His prices are very good, and he really goes out of his way to do that little bit extra on every job. He has spent a ton of time one the phone with me explaining every detail of everything he did.

He is building his own amps now too, and from what people at The Woodshed have told me, they are amazing.
