www.givson.com

Interesting site, designed for typos of those with fat fingers.
(V is next to B on the keyboard)

It's from India, but all English.

Their logo is identical to Gibson, except for one letter.

What's really funny is there's a warning "Beware Of Imitations" on the
Home Page.

awesome!

I love it.

Especially the little 'holograms' that we're supposed to ensure are there... they have their faces on it.... hilarious.

they do make a hawaiian guitar though. that would be neat...

A local pawn shop owner has a 70s or 80s Givson GS. Its about as decent as a Sears guitar, but maybe not as good............

Good idea. I thought www.febder.com was a good choice, because the b is next to the correct n, so the fat finger typos will get you hits.

I tried it and it was taken, by the "Leo Fender Company" ! (?)

Really weird, since I'm sure most of you know the late Leo Fender founded the company, but sold out decades ago.

A WHOIS lookup shows it's really owned by
Domainstand.com LLC , in North branford, Connecticut

I have seen those while I was strolling around Delhi.

I also saw an Epaphone.
It seemed to me like Epiphone, but then I took a close look.....lofu

Yeah, I bought a nice red cutaway GC rich acoustic brand new from Richmond's Trading Post back in '82 or '83. A Korean-made guitar (back then that was not a very impressive thing. Now some of my best gear hails from there)... funny thing was, it was a good guitar. Nice sound, very playable.

But I never saw any acoustic BC Riches in my life... doubt they ever even made 'em.

Check out the specs on the solid body electrics - body and neck made from 'toon wood'

Yeah, guitars made from Daffy wood give an exceptional quack in the 2 and 4 positions

Toon Wood is a real thing. It's sorta like mahogany and teak.
It's actually a good instrument wood. Most sitars are made from it.

Looney-Toon Wood is entirely different.
ba deep, ba deep, That's all folks...
(sound effect of a full octave steel guitar slide)

Didn't know that, Accept2. For me they've always been the guys behind the metally/goth/ponty suckers.
