Well, I looked back through the topics and didn't see one of these.

What's on your GAS list?

Here's mine...

1. A backup/practice head. I have two cabinets, two basses, tons of cables but I'm going through a DI box to the PA if my head dies on a gig.

2. Another D112XLT cabinet. I have one at home and one where we practice but I'd rather have two there.

3. A P or P/J type bass. Skyline Duck Dunn, G & L SB2, Fender Aerodyne.....

4. Upgrade our PA power amps to something lighter and more powerful than what we have. I'm thinking Crowne XTi series.

My win the lottery wish list is huge...

- Genz Benz GBE1200.
- LDS 2x15 cab.
- LDS 4x12 cab.
- 5 string P-bass (no-one makes one that I know of, so I guess I'll have to go custom. Nino Valenti or some such).
- 5 & 6 string jazz basses by LowEnd.

I could go on and on...

In no particular order...

Five string banjo (Deering).
Seven string acoustic guitar (House).
Twelve string electric guitar (Rick.).
Ten string electric bass (five octave courses).
Baritone ukulele.
Resonator (wood or steel) guitar.
Resonator mandolin (National).
Electric fiddle/silent fiddle (Yamaha).
Gretsch drum kit.
Lap steel (old Fender).
Four string bass (mid-late '70s Telecaster bass).
Electric piano (Yamaha).
Electric drums.

More is better, right?

Peace, Mooh.

I'm pretty happy with my set up right now. But on my list is:

Eden D212 cab (maybe someday)

X2 wireless (definitely happening, and very soon)

I get recurrent GAS for a Les Paul. It will be an Epi. (based on cost)...not sure which one.

I have a variety of Seymour Duncan humbuckers that I have "collected" through time to experiment with in my 335 copy. i'm sure that one (or two) might help the Epi LP sound a bit better than stock.

I'm not a pedal guy, and I have the amps that I like.

Four string bass (mid-late '70s Telecaster bass).

Peace, Mooh.
I saw one of these in Gear Music in Oakville on Saturday... I didn't look at the price.

John...I had one in the '70s. Brown body, maple fingerboard, and I had a matching Tele Deluxe from the same period and a similar colour Fender lap steel from the '50s. The trio looked great together and wish I never sold them. The bass pickup was fantastic. There's a recent Squire reissue which I may have to settle for, though the pickup is reputably not as good. Originals are likely pricey now (my Deluxe resurfaced a couple of years ago in Guelph and sold for 5 times what I paid for it).

Thanks for the tip.

Peace, Mooh.

Bandmates that really want to practice, are punctual, have an open-mind, and are not into substance abuse.

:sport-smiley-002:
And? ... Where does one find bandmates who possess all of these qualities? I know that I have never run into any of those and I am sure that I might fail on punctuality sometimes!

This 1/2 belongs here, a Novax, Wes Lambe or some other well made 8 string (Charlie Hunter version).

I've GAS'd for one of these forever, a Gustavsson Bluesmaster, I would rather have one of these babies than win the lottery, (well maybe not):
