I know what to do on my next order!!!!
How can you do fast shipping and take time to draw on costumer's receipe?
Packing and prepping orders are always priority one for us. Then all the usual business stuff. If there's extra time, all sorts of shenanigans can ensue.

I would like to order some custom artwork. Please include a volume knob with my drawing.
Dang, we might have to start charging a fee for this. ;)

Man, its cool seeing people have fun in life. Keep the laughs up!
I don't believe in overworked, over-stressed, underpaid, and underappreciated staff. I want people to want to work here because it is an awesome environment where the staff are valued and they take pride in their work. Having a great time while doing it by drawing some gorillas playing guitar is even more awesome!

That's a great attitude. I wish more employers understood the value of happy employees.

I think many do. It's just harder to hang on to that attitude when the company gets bigger, and/or profit margins get smaller.
The company where I work has always put people over profits and it is making great profits. Interesting, eh? I don't pretend to be an expert on business, but it would seem that happy employees would work better, harder and healthier than those who are just collecting a cheque and watching the clock.

That's due to the belief held by so many that if you're enjoying yourself, how could you be working? I completely agree an engaged, happy individual is going to make your company money & be financially rewarding for themselves, everytime over a slave enterprise.
