They do sound nice not sure of the power handling though. Slowly reducing the "future projects" that likely wont get done ha! I may still build the fender external tube reverb though. Some nice kits out there.

I think your speakers actually date from the 1st week (01) of the 7th year (I am guessing 1967 but I guess it could be 1957).

Thanks for that, I may have Bass Ackwards it from the Weber site. Ha! 70th week makes no sense at all. Will Edit this as I think you are right.

Is there any way to determine the power handling on something like this? I would love to try these in my vintage Fender Twin, but would need to know if they are up to the task of 85Watts

I am not sure how to get the power rating. They did ok with 40 tube watts. Would anyone know if this could be measured in any way?
