I have a little Fender Champion 110 solid state amp. It sounds pretty good and I like playing around with it. The only problem is the channels are really out of whack. The clean channel is sooooooo loud. Between 0 and 1 on the volume it is whisper quiet. Past 2 it gets insanely loud. What I think the amp would sound like on 10. Then if I actually crank it to 10 it feels like the speaker is going to blow - I get a low rumble/hum. The Gain channel works fine. The volume pot on the clean channel is scratchy as well. Could that be the problem??

I'm not desperate, I have three other amps to play with but I really like the sound of this little Fender Champion. I would like to fix it if possible.

Anyone have any ideas??
