Late 60s/early 70s non compression board ep3 that frankly sounds better than any other ep3 I’ve played! The tape has less than 4hours on it! The only thing replaced is the handle everything else is original! Truly a magnificent echo machine that is ready to go!

Fwiw, it's most likely a mid to later 70s plex. It has a chrome-top and a Willoughby Ohio address. The earlier Ep-3's had a black-top (or a red-top) and a Cleveland Ohio address.
