Has anyone ordered a custom pickguard from the States before? I want to get a dual humbucker pickguard for my American Series strat, but I only want a Master Volume and Master tone ie 2 pots instead of 3. I'm looking for just a regular 3 ply black. Has anyone ordered anything like this before. I went to the Warmoth site, but it looks like they want 43.70 US just for the shipping - isnt that outrageous for a pickguard? I see a bunch of cheap no-name ones on Ebay, but I want to make sure it'll fit my Strat without drilling any new holes.

Any other options?

I just ordered one for my G & L with a standard strat configuration except G&L's have a slightly different bridge and require custom pickguards. The place I ordered from is called Pickguard Heaven. They have different quality and materials for any budget. They are slightly more than a stock but worth it. Here's the link:

I ordered a strat pickguard with cut out for neck pickup only and one pot.

With shipping was $30 US.
