but as for the o/p. i don't get it. there's nothing in the lyrics or the video that references delaware, even slightly.

I used to think Dallas' later stuff was crap, until I gave it a good listen. The man knows how to write and sing. Hello, I'm in Delaware in this form IMO is 10x better than the original.
