Should be fixable, but you'll have to explain the problem in a bit more detail.

Which part is broken? Is it the speaker wire/harness that are broken or the little wires that connect the coil to the tabs?

Is it cutting out intermittently or doesn't work at all?

Is the speaker hard wired to the amp or does the speaker harness connect to a jack on the amp?

Are the speaker wires soldered to the tabs or do they connect with the little plastic covered spades?

It sounds like the wires that connect the voice coil to the +/- tabs have broken off. You can just solder them back on if they have pulled off the back of the +/- tabs, if they have pulled out at the voice coil end, I think you're out of luck, you'll need a pro to fix it.
