Your site repeatedly refuses to let me send a reply email. Its frustrating when one can't complete a conversation. What's the reason?

Are you trying to reply to a notification email?

Or

Are you trying to reply within a conversation on the actual forum?

If we are referring to replying to a conversation, I've had the same problem on multiple occasions over the last year or so. I agree it is frustrating.

Laptop or Android doesn't seem to matter.

Thanks. I've never had issues with the inbox in here. That would've been a big issue specially during GAS negotiations. LOL

You can't reply to the 'e-mail' notification.
That just tells you that there's a message here for you.
I think this is likely what he's talking about. Attempting to reply through email to an email notification that he has a message on the site. Which can't be done. I've never seen an issue with the private message system. If there was, others would have reported it for sure.

or, maybe he figured it out and can't be bothered to respond 'never mind'?
