A stacked volume/tone control is really just exactly like two separate controls. So you can use your favorite 2 control wiring diagram. Tele wiring would work for example. When I built my cab, I used Gibson 50's style wiring in mine. The key is to use a 500K/500K pot stack since the pickups are humbuckers.

It has been a few years and I can't remember what I did but it worked out great. That being said the guitar sold to another member a few months ago and I can't pop the cover to check now. If you'd like I can PM you his contact info and you can reach out?
