I always see people asking about guitar building courses and just passed a sign on the 401 by Brockville for blackwood guitars.

5 week course. 9 to 5 with the shop open later and you can stay on the premises for an extra fee. about $5k US and $1700 for their bed and breakfast.

That would be Ted Brown in Mallorytown. He posts frequently on the facebook site for Acoustic Guitar Canada. I've not played any of his but they look great.
