Guitar String instrument String instrument Plucked string instruments Musical instrument
Got this on a trade today .sounds incredible !!!!!
Obviously it's not all original surprise surprise .
But when I woke up this morning I never thought this would be in my basement .
Neck repair-----refin -----headstock reface-----still digging for more stuff.
Original pick ups replaced by Lollars
Probably about half a dozen holes here in there .(you can see where they are filled in now.
Thank God nobody decided to mod the Brazilian Rosewood bored !
If I played in a very dark room might get away with it looking completely original .
In the end it still has that magic thing .

If you're happy with it, that's what counts. Enjoy.

Dude! Waaaaay full of Mo & Jo. Magic.
Does it just have that .....something when you first pick it up? A 5watt Champ style amp of yours is screaming for those P-90's.

Nice. It has some personality. Congrats and enjoy!
Personality, that's it. It's what makes a previously owned and used guitar worthy. Among all the good instruments we see come up for sale, few seem to have that je ne sais quoi that sets them apart from the bland. That doesn't have to mean perfection, just character.

This one stinks of personality.
