I'll tell you what. Bass is a type of a guitar usually used as a background instrument, meaning that it does not stand out, while the electric guitar, the drums or the keyboard traditionally do. Perhaps it is so because not so many people are hard-core fans of the bass sound itself. That's, however, unfair to those who are (myself included). It has been said that bass is much easier to play that a guitar, which is dead wrong. So long live the bass! :rockon2:
