I pulled the trigger on two trades yesterday. First the Larrivée I posted in another thread, then this hand made clone of a 60’s Supro Super 1606. It’s very similar to a champ but an even simpler circuit from what I read on the Internet. It has one 6V6, one 12AX7, one 5Y3, one Jensen eight inch speaker, and one control, a combination on/off volume control. It hits full volume around half way on the dial then goes into a delicious overdrive. It is awesome dimed. It cleans up reasonably well with the guitar volume. With the amp volume just below half way it is sparkly clean. For a homemade amp the build quality is very good.

That's a smart looking little amp. Congrats! Do you know who the builder is?
