I'm having trouble getting a refund for an order I purchased in the middle of May and never recieved. I phoned two months after placing the order and they said they were out of stock (even though my order status on their site has said 'shipping' since day one) and expecting them any day now, but I said I wanted a refund and I was told to email them my order info...I've done that now for the third time and have had no acknowledgement of my request or refund credited on my card.

I purchased something from them through ebay a few years ago and the experience was pretty good, except for slow-ish shipping and one accessory for the item never being recieved (even though they said they would 'get it in the mail right away').

I wouldn't call that purchase through ebay "pretty good" it seems like they didnt ship what they said they would.

But thanks for the heads-up
