Im sure some of you are familiar with guitarist Andrew Latimer of the 70's UK Band "CAMEL".
Perhaps underrated by the public, Andys legato style lead work has influenced many a guitarist and musician over the last 35+ years as did the bands unique stlye of classical/rock fusion.

The last few years his health has been failing due to serious illness. He is in the hospital once again.

Anyone wanting to wish him well with notes of encouragement may do so by leaving a note on the Bands guest book.

Just go to "news". The guest book is at the bottom of the page.

Hearing those clips brings back a lot of memories of my high school days in the 70's. Anyone else pick up the guitar becasue of Andy?

I lit my candle and the jukebox worked great-

-that solo in ICE give it time...(after it gets loud) has to be one of the most beautiful & inspired guitar solos ever conceived still moves me and makes me want to play- GET WELL ANDY!!

I was wondering if anyone tried the guestbook link?
