When this was announced last month I got pretty excited and had some cash set aside. I even booked today off so that I could head over for the Friday viewing and stay overnight to bid on Saturday. Once they started posting the inventory I soon realized that out of 1000 guitars, I wasn't interested in more than two or three.

Over 1000 guitars from one "collector" but I'd rather have 5 really good ones than 1000 mediocre. It seems like if the average price is say $250 a guy could have several vintage strats or even a '58 les Paul. Where would you even keep 1000 guitars. My wife complains that I have 4 guitars. Lol
