One of the lucky members on TDPRI managed to score a holy grail vintage buy. I figured any of you Tele, Fender, and vintage enthusiasts here would enjoy seeing it.

It's an all original, even the frets, 1950 Broadcaster. Serial number 0079, Tadeo neck, the whole nine yards. One owner guitar. Bought it new to play in the church band from 1950-1980 and then it hung on the wall until 2018.

I was glad to see play wear right up to the 12th fret, not just the 'cowboy chord' positions. It looks like he got a lot out of that guitar.

I would be willing to bet he got his money's worth - and then some, if he sold it for 5 figures.
