Absolutely no comfort issues at all, and the silicone has never fallen off unless I took it off to clean it. I would absolutely buy expensive buds if I felt the need to because they are a work expense/write off in the end. I just haven't had any issues. And, the sound quality is completely fine. I am a big fan of Pixel stuff (used the phones since version 2), but $200 on Pixel buds just wouldn't have much payoff.

      These are the ones I have. They work great (a little lag when watching vids) and sound great except for the silicone pieces.

      Mine are very similar, but the silicone pieces are different. They are over a year old though and they seem to constantly tweak their models. To the point it's confusing lol.
