    Pedals to look for?

Until recently, ive been thinking all I need is about 2 pedals and thats it. But now I want to try out some different pedals (Pitch shifter/Octave pedal, chorus, wah). What pedals should I try out? (right now Im into playing post hardcore/Experimental stuff. Eg - Thrice).

Take your time and research all the web sites of the builders. Listen to clips etc but keep in mind what there using for guitar and amp in the clip. If you do your homework it will save you a lot of money...Check out canadian builders...

Paul is right, take your time, do your homework. Talk to people. Try pedals out at your local shops. Try building some of yourown if you are so inclined. It is a great experience and you can really "tweak" a pedal to try and match the sound you're after.
