The guy gets kicked in his teeth while his girlfriend gets ripped in half and he's crying about himself???

Something about that seems a LITTLE odd to me...

....this thread brought back a memory. my girlfriend and i were walking along harbourfront last summer and a girl walking toward us took a terrible fall and was in great pain and shock.

her "hunk" of a macho boyfriend was evidently very embarrassed and immediately began cursing her out.

I remember I took Marnie to see Steve Vai at the Warehouse many years ago. We got in early and were right at the stage. After standing there for like two hours for that spot he got into the second song and she passed out. It was super hot in there and she is like 4' 11" and was kind of squashed. It was too much for her. So my choice was to pick her up and carry her out or leave her on the floor and enjoy the show.

Needless to say nobody offered to help me carry her out or even move out of my way as I tried to get through that crowd with her. Thankfully, she only weighs about 100 pounds.

Yeah, I'm with you on that one. The ones who worry the most about what others think tend to be the most judgmental people.

My wife is also petite. It's really funny how she thinks I'm going to get hurt whenever I pick her up. "Honey, I bench 4 times your weight. I'll be fine".

Maybe you should have asked him if you could post his picture first.

actually, he was sitting here, saw my camera, and asked me to take his pic- then he got real excited when i told him i could put it on the internet for other people to see. he was here talking to himself and laughing as i posted this.

I have caseload of 26 clients. About 60% have mental health concerns. This guy doesn't seem all that different to me.
