FYI, if you Xbox owners don't know yet the Video market place is now open in Canada.

30+ movies available right now, with over half available in HD.

You basically rent a movie and get 14 days to watch it. Once you start watching it you then have 24 hrs to finish watching it.

You'll need decent download speeds from your internet provider especially for the HD stuff, they are big files.

Should be OK with the download speeds, I have a 7MB DSL connection seems to work well.
