Just started winter vacation a few days ago (last Friday). I've got until March off (yup, 3 months of paid vacation).

I love my job.

I don't mind the snow. Here in my town it's incredibly bleak in the winter. Imagine cold (okay, not Canada cold, but, you know, as cold as 20 below (rarely))...without the snow. It's brown and gray. Let's just say you don't come here in winter for the scenery.

We got about 2 inches of snow this morning, which made driving frustratingly slow because 1) most people here can't drive in the snow, 2) many people drive with bald tires on their cars, but it looked good...until it melted at noon.

may I ask what you do for a living? woops, I guess I just did ask

I work in education.

I get over 5 months of paid vacation per year, almost 6 sometimes.
