yeah the bottom floor.

It snowed heavily the day before, and then the rain came down. The sewers were packed with water so it had no where to go.

I guess its one of those experiences in life.

Fortunately the city came and flushed the nearby sewers before it got any serious! Water was pumped out by the next day... which was surprisingly sunny I might add!
